This video tells the story of an ESF+‑funded project in Alsace, where the association Tôt ou t’art uses theatre, photography and video workshops to help people who are far from the labour market.

Participants gain confidence, learn to express themselves, and highlight their strengths – all key steps towards finding a job. The project offers 120 hours of creative workshops that support both social and professional reintegration.
