Train the Trainers aims to develop and validate an Advanced Training Course for expert trainers in the Recovery College approach, delivered by the University of Bologna with the Innovation Area (ARIN), and adaptable to various contexts (healthcare, schools, universities, social cooperatives). The first phase involves co-designing the course structure, followed by its delivery through 15 full scholarships. Upon completion, participants will implement Recovery College courses in their own fields. Coordinated by a project manager, the initiative will produce key outputs such as a detailed syllabus, replicable materials, and an impact analysis, supported by the University’s expertise. The project foresees two levels of impact: trainers will develop new courses, creating a network of trained professionals who, in turn, will promote recovery-oriented practices within their sectors, contributing to systemic change. The main goal is to expand and strengthen the expert community in the Recovery College model by training new professionals able to operate across health, education, and social service contexts.
